INTRODUCTION:
I would like to credit Liam Slusser for this innovative "poor man's Hondata" way of tuning turbos.
After numerous hours of dedicated research all over the Honda web board communities, I came up with my own procedural version of this notorious S/VAFC "hack".

BASICS:
MAP input is a necessity for the ECU to manage fuel efficiently. By design, it constantly receives input from various sensors and engine status and compensates itself on those changes to maintain efficiency. When the ECU senses a pressure reading, it will trip a MIL/CEL. This is where the AFC plays a big role. MAP input is measured in voltage. What AFC does is electronically alter this voltage input to the ECU, so the ECU does NOT sense a pressure reading. At a given parameter versus set-point, the AFC is also assisting the ECU on fuel enhancement under boost BUT without the ECU seeing boost. In order to create a harmony on this "hack", it is highly recommended that bigger injectors are installed. I preferred the cheap way of using a set of reconditoned DSM 450cc injectors.

Note: Skip the injector installation if you already have a set of bigger injectors installed.

Note: Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery prior to conducting any electrical work.

STEP 1:
To modify the "Peak and Hold" characteristic of a set DSM 450cc injectors to the "Saturated" requirement of a Honda power plant, follow one of the schematics below.

STEP 2:
Remove the stock injectors by removing the 2 bolts that hold the fuel rail in place as indicated by the picture below. There will be residual fuel that will drain out. Be ready! Unclip the stock injector individual harness and carefully pull out the stock injectors.

STEP 3:
Slowly and carefully position the DSM 450cc injectors. You may have to replace or modify the bottom stock injector seal. I used a high temp O-ring. I do not recommend the grinding method. MODIFY THE SEAL INSTEAD! Retighten the fuel rail nuts.

STEP 4:
Complete the DSM 450cc injector wiring. Reclip the injector individual harness. I highly recommend using a solder. Crimping will work as well. Put more quality and effort by using a solder and heat shrink. Just please, do not just twist and tape it. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.
